At Hällsnäs, nature and the changing seasons inspire our cooking. Led by Thomas Sjögren, our kitchen team continuously creates new menus that reflect the surroundings – using carefully selected ingredients, often from local producers, and always prepared with care and finesse.

We offer two distinct dining experiences:
Sjöö, our hotel restaurant, serves well-crafted dishes in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
And Signum – our culinary jewel – has been awarded two Michelin stars and a Green Star for its sustainable and creative cuisine.

Hällsnäs Spa

Right on the point by Lake Landvettersjön, we’ve built our own spa. Here you’ll find a wood-fired floating sauna and an infrared sauna located in our relaxation house.

Hällsnäs is perfect for creative conferences in beautiful surroundings. This lovely haven with a lake and forest as its nearest neighbours is just 15 minutes from Gothenburg. A fantastic kitchen and magical surroundings – all you need for successful meetings!

Each meal at Hällsnäs is meant to be an experience of its own. Our ingredients are carefully selected, and every dish is prepared with both heart and soul. The menu is curated by our culinary director Thomas Sjögren – winner of the prestigious “Chef of the Year” competition in Sweden.
