Our vision
At restaurant Sjöö, we aim to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where great food and good company take center stage. We combine high-quality ingredients with creativity and care in every dish, striving to make each meal an enjoyable experience for all the senses – perfect for both everyday dining and special occasions.
The kitchen is led by brothers Thomas and Christoffer Sjögren, who ensure that every detail is crafted with passion and precision.
Hällsnäs hyllade julbord
A Christmas buffet beyond the ordinary, just outside Gothenburg, set in a sparkling environment and crafted by Thomas Sjögren (Chef of the Year 2015) and his team. The menu is partly traditional but also focuses on game, vegetables, as well as fish and seafood – all designed to create a sustainable, innovative, and playful Christmas dining experience.
