With a deep love for seafood and an unwavering sense of quality, he has built an impressive career within the Swedish restaurant scene. Over the years, he has also appeared in several TV shows and written well-loved and praised cookbooks. Nils will serve an incredible five-course menu – an evening you definitely don’t want to miss!
