When does my booking become binding?
Once you have confirmed your booking, it becomes binding. Cancellation policy: Cancel no later than 5 days before arrival at no additional cost. Cancellation protection allows you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival for a fee of SEK 125 per person.

When do I have to pay?
If you have chosen to make a booking with advance payment, payment must be received by us by the due date stated on your booking confirmation.
Otherwise, payment is made upon check-in at the hotel.

What happens if I do not pay on time?
If you do not pay the deposit or final balance on time, we will cancel your booking and the cancellation terms will then apply. No payment reminder will be sent for an unpaid deposit.

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your booking either verbally or in writing by contacting us. If you have made your booking through a partner, the cancellation must be made through them. Please note that their cancellation terms may differ.
You may change your stay dates or cancel your hotel room free of charge up to 5 days before arrival/check-in. Otherwise, the full cost of the stay will be charged. Please note that Signum’s Gourmet Package is subject to different cancellation terms.

What are my responsibilities?
Guests staying in their own room must be at least 18 years old. You must comply with all house rules, instructions and regulations that apply. You are personally responsible for any damage to the property or its furnishings caused by you or anyone in your party through negligence. You are required to comply with the smoking and pet restrictions applicable to your room. Violations will be subject to charges. Unauthorized smoking will incur a charge of SEK 5,000.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, please contact the hotel to confirm your booking.

The agreement will terminate with immediate effect if:
• You or anyone in your party behaves disruptively in the room or on the premises.
• You or anyone in your party causes damage to the room or the premises.

In the event of any complaints
Please contact us directly with any complaints. If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden). It consists of an impartial chairperson and a number of representatives from the travel industry and consumer organizations. The consumer adviser in your local municipality can assist you.

War, natural disasters, strikes, etc.:
Both parties have the right to withdraw from the booking agreement if the room cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, industrial disputes, prolonged interruptions to water or energy supplies, fire, or other major events that neither you nor we could have foreseen or influenced.
In such cases, we are obliged to refund any amount you have paid as soon as possible, or alternatively offer you the opportunity to rebook, less any benefit you have already received from the room.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.
