At Hällsnäs Hotell & Restaurang, our vision is to create memorable culinary experiences focused on quality, creativity, and flavors that awaken all the senses. On the property, you’ll find our two restaurants – the relaxed Restaurang Sjöö and our gastronomic gem, Signum. We also offer a variety of food and drink events, from hands-on cooking experiences to gin and whisky tastings, where guests can explore, taste, and enjoy together.

Our chef patron Thomas Sjögren and his kitchen team are constantly working to compose new exciting menus, following the changing seasons. Using their own kitchen garden and collaborating closely with local farmers, they create magic in the kitchen.

Gin & whisky tastings
Experience the world of whisky and gin like never before. Led by our expert, you’ll taste carefully selected distillates, each with its own story and character. A sensory journey that’s both relaxed and refined – perfect for an evening out, a corporate event, or a memorable experience to share with someone who loves the finer details.
Wine cellar
There’s absolutely no doubt that we are wine lovers through and through. Our winelist covers the whole world but our preference is the Old World in general and French wines in particular.
Browse among over 1000 labels from the world’s best vineyards and producers. Our sommeliers hand pick and match wines to your food from it, for the best experience. We also offer wine tastings and are happy to tailormake them to your requirements.
The Orangery
Relax and unwind in the Orangerie, a bright and inviting space with stunning panoramic views of the lake. Perfect for a pre-dinner drink or coffee and a digestif after your meal, it’s a serene spot where natural light and scenic surroundings create a truly memorable experience.
The hotel bar
Next to the bar you’ll find our club room, where you can have a seat in one of our armchairs, or play a round of shuffleboard or billiards.
